Villa at Lake Davenport

Our Villa on Lake Davenport was purchased brand new in August 2011, it was fully furnished to a very high standard in October 2011. The villa has six spacious bedrooms, large family rooms and a very large pool deck with private pool and spa overlooking Lake Davenport. All of the bedrooms have a flat screen TV, additionally there are two 47" flat screen TV's in the family room and the den. The villa has complimentary wifi and local telphone calls.

This tranquil villa offers a relaxed atmosphere ideal for recharging the batteries between visits to Orlando's attractions.

Bridgeford Crossing

Bridgeford Crossing is located in the Davenport area, Florida just off CR 547, off HWY 27. This exclusive estate of luxury villas is adjacent to Lake Davenport in a picturesque setting with an abundance of wildlife. Disney World, Orlando is 20 minutes away and Bridgeford Crossing is minutes away form the I-4 allowing quick and easy access to the main Orlando attractions.

Two large supermarkets, Wal Mart and Publix, plus restaurants are 5 minutes drive away.

Disney can be reached in about 15 - 20 minutes, Universal Studios is about 25 - 30 minutes drive away and Sea World can be reached in about 20 - 25 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes, gulf coast beaches are about 90 minutes away and Orlando International airport is 35 minutes drive.
